{July 26, 2007}   No Time.

Phew!

I’m like in a battlefield everyday! Time passes like a choo-choo train!

Is everybody wish to have More Money and More Time, some have lots of Money but no Time. As for me…No Money, No Time. Saddist!!

Hahaha…then some people will question me. “No Time still can blog ar?! It’s only 9.39am on a Thursday morning. and you should be working!!”

All the more, I’m doing it for someone special ma…my dearest cousin. Hahaha.

“No Time” is the worst statement you can give as an excuse to your family member. Time is the most valueble treasure that no money can buy. It’s not like a DVD player nor recorder that you can “Rewind”, “Pause” nor “Forward”.

Every second passes you by without you noticing. I’m telling this to myself too…Angie, how often you really spend time with your family? Yes, you took them out for dinner, you may be physically at home for few hours on Saturdays, but it is enough? You think you have done your responsibility as a daughter??? Sighzzz…shame on you Angie.

It’s really hard to juggle the time and split to please everyone. Being an employee for a company, being a daugther to family, spend some catch-up time with friends, and also the time spend in church.

Spending quality time with the one you love is the most precious moment. I meant our mummys’ and daddys’. They are the one who brought us up to where we are today.

{July 23, 2007}   Jesus, take the wheel.

Some says songs can heals a broken heart. I love music/ songs, cause it makes me feel better. God created music. We sings in church. Beautiful hymms and songs of praise and worship.

Songs/ Singing are a way for us to express our feelings, and it can actually strenghten us. I’m not talking about lovey dovey songs that sometimes makes you depressed!!

But listen to this song, this beautiful lyrics that speaks of lives, which may be related you and I. Our strength is limited. Live is never an easy one, but it should not be so difficult as well. My prayers to all the people I love…Trust in God, and letting it go. Said is easy then done. I know that too..but

Let’s us be pillar to each other, strengthen one another, and embrace the “greener land” together. We will be reaching there soon.

Jesus, Take the Wheel
(James/Lindsey/Sampson)

She was drivin’ last friday on her way to cincinnati
On a snow white Christmas Eve
Goin’ home to see her Momma and her Daddy
With her baby in a back seat
Fifty miles to go and she was runnin’ low
On faith and gasoline
It’d been a long hard year She had a lot on her mind and she didn’t pay attention
She was goin’ way too fast
Before she knew it she was spinnin on thin black sheet of glass
She saw both their lives flash before her eyes
She didn’t even have time to cry
She was so scared, she threw her hands up in the air

(Chorus)
Jesus take the wheel
Take it from my hands
‘Cause I can’t do this on my own
I’m letting go
So give me one more chance
Save me from this road I’m on
Jesus take the wheel

It was still getting colder when she made it to the shoulder and that car came to a stop
She cried when she saw that baby in the back seat sleepin’ like a rock
For the first time in a long time she bowed her head to pray
She said I’m sorry for the way
I’ve been livin’ my life
I know I’ve got to change
So from now on tonight
(Repeat chorus)

Ame chea, you know there’s someone you can always count on. Why don’t you try to let him take over?

Canna, take a deep breath. Cry if you need too. Then, we’ll go to baskin robbin to “B-I-T-C-H” ok? I still wanna keep my blog “Pure”. 😛

{July 14, 2007}   lazy afternoon

The time reads 12.15pm, on a Saturday afternoon, and I just woke up…hehehe. Need some re-energizing from the hectic week I had. Not all are because of work, partly because of the swimming, karaoke, and yesterday session I had with my colleagues.

I thank God for those great colleagues at work. But no doubt, things are not the same as before. My lives now revolves around them. Yeah, day in day out…they are the faces you see everday. Sometimes, it’s better not to cling on each other too much, it will be harder to let go when times you have to say goodbye. 🙂

ok…it’s time for me to get-up and wash-up. Gonna meet my sis and mum in Bangsar Village.

{July 13, 2007}   laughter the best medicine

I was looking for an empty space to park my car at Bangsar when suddenly there’s a knock on the glass “Encik ah..tanya sikit ah..itu Chimpeng mana ah..?” “Apa?”

“Chimpeng, Chimpeng…saya sudah tanya itu guard ah.. dia ckaap sini ada satu Chimpeng….”

“Sorrylah Apek. Saya tak tau woh…Apa tempat itu Chimpeng?”

“Aiyah…itu Chimpeng balu punya..Saya mau pigi angkat wang la…”

“Tarak tau la boss. Itu kedai ka apa?Along ka?”

“Chimpeng bukan kedai ma..lu itu pun tak tau ah..? itu Chimpeng macam itu Maypeng, Public Peng, RHetB Peng…itu balu punya Peng..”

Adoi…bengap punya apek..buat aku pening je..dia actually cari CIMB Bank ..

{July 3, 2007}   Family Problem!

Two men, one American and an Indian were sitting in a bar drinking shot after shot. The Indian man said to the American. You know my parents are forcing me to get married to this so called homely girl from a village whom I haven’t even met once. We call this arranged marriage. I don’t want to marry a woman whom I don’t love…I told them that openly and now have a hell lots of family problems!!

The American said, “Talking about love marriages…I’ll tell you my story. I married a widow whom I deeply loved and dated for 3 years.

“After a couple of years, my father fell in love with my step-daughter and so my father became my son-in-law and I became my father’s father-in-law.

My daughter is my mother and my wife my grandmother. More problems occurred when I had a son. My son is my father’s brother and so he my uncle. Situations turned worse when my father had a son. Now my father’s son i.e. my brother is my grandson.

Ultimately, I have become my own grand father and I am my own grandson.

And here you are saying you have family problems…Gimme a break!!!

{July 3, 2007}   How to get that hot bod?!

Those ladies in DOA had such leaned, toned bod. How on earth they get that? I know sure they’ve gone through horrendous exercise regime. Nothing comes without hard work and disciplinary exercise, and control of food intake. Wahh…very tough leh.

Nothing comes easy. No pain, no gain. (hokkien saying: “Ai Sui, Mai Mia”)

Work hard ange! 😛

P/S: I swam and played badminton yesterday. Now aching like mad!! Tough man tough.

ALL THUMBS UP TO TRANSFORMERS!!!!!

The movie was CHUNTED to the MOON! I had the privileged to watch it in GOLD CLASS cinema @ One Utama yesterday night. Hehehe…40 bucks per seat wei…with Big comfortable leather seat, private services of drinks and tit-bits, THX sound effect…just PERFECTO!! but of course paid by someone else la. 😛

I give em’ a rating of A++++. It has combo on all aspects, humorous, action packed, romance and never forgetting the great sound affect with the (chi, che, cho, che, choo) if you get what I mean la…hahaha. The sound effect when the autobots transformed? J. Even when nature calls, I struggled hard to hold it till the end of the show! I just can’t take my eyes off the screen. Just can’t miss one bit!

Oohhh…the mighty OPTIMUS PRIME. sooo gaya!! drrool man droolll…and the Humorous Cute Bumble-Bee. *muakz* (OMG…I’m falling for autobots!!) 😛

A great reflection to my childhood days…aahhh…nice. Take a walk down my cartoons memorylane. Where alarm clock rings at 8am sharp every Saturday and I’d jump start my day with cartoons marathon. Transformers, Voltron, He-Man, Thundercats, JEM, Smuff, and the all girls favorite My little pony and Carebears. 🙂 Sweet.”

“Autobots Transform and Roll-out!!!”
